I just had a conversation the other day about NOT feeling the need to make this a "Dear Diary" blog. At the risk of contradicting myself: Old or new, friends are a gift to be treasured. This was a gift from my friend Robin Tatom in 1983. I'm happy to have hung onto or rediscovered old friends, including Robin, through the years. And I'm happy to have the friends, old and new, to celebrate with on evenings like tonight.

Oh, no, now I'm worried I'm sharing too much of my life. :) I've tried hard not to make it an "all about me" blog, but sometimes there's nothing interesting and I have to revert to what happened that day. Still enjoying your pics when I can. You have a very interesting life and I love looking at it through your eyes. Thanks for joining my journey. :D
